| Dr. Shuki Yeshurun, PhD | | Director |
Dr. Yeshurun brings years of MEMS and advanced materials R&D expertise to the company, with multiple approved patents and publications. His work integrates both commercial and academic experience with an established history in bringing multi-million dollar technologies from a concept to the market. Dr. Yeshurun received his PhD in material science from the Technion Institute of Technology at Haifa, and has completed a post doc at Brown University, Providence. He is a lecturer of material sciences at the Technion and also serves as the company's CTO. |

Bill Doyle is the founder and managing director of WFD Ventures LLC. Prior to founding WFD Ventures, Bill was Vice President, Licensing and Acquisitions for Johnson & Johnson’s Medical Devices and Diagnostics (MD&D) Group of companies. He was a member of J&J’s MD&D Group Operating Committee and Chairman of J&J’s Medical Devices Research and Development Council. Additionally, Bill was a member of the board of directors of Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation, J&J's venture capital subsidiary |

Lihu Avitov is an Executive VP with Ofer Hi Tech Ltd., a subsidiary of the Ofer Brothers Group, one of Israel's leading industrial and commercial conglomerates. Previously the CEO of Naiot, Lihu led various investments in innovative healthcare technologies and played an active role in the day-to-day management. Currently, Lihu serves on the boards of Neurosonix, TK-Signal, NanoPass, AngioSlide and as active chairman for CorAssist. Lihu received a bachelor’s degree in economics and management and a master’s degree in industrial engineering and management from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology. |

Asaf served as a Communications and Electronics Officer in the Israeli Defense Force, and holds a B.Sc. in material engineering. |
